Retirement age

It is to my understanding that retirement age is 65 but is that just part 121 operations or all types of operations including part 135?

Just for 121. 

Even then, with the bump of mandatory retirement from 60 to 65, if you're above 60, the other pilot has to be less than 60 years old.
