time to solve a mystery.

Every morning i look at the forum index to see what things i need to click on to read. and eery so often, i glance at who is online. i noticed that on August 22, 2023 at 4:37pm PDT there were 2461 people on the website. i was just arriving on the East coast at around that time. is this a glitch, or was there something actually that i do not know about.
time for the detectives to get to work. lol

This is odd, ok a mystery, so I'm going to go with a glitch in the matrix.
there was nothing special on 8/22, * there was the night before when I posted this*

However, I'll make things odder, the pattern repeats itself.
I pulled the stats from Jan to current, and you'll see it.

So the  mystery now falls in Dave's lap (kinda like everything else )

and I just found it, it's most on line that month, that's why it repeats.
