I have the possibility to purchase one for very cheap, the thing is, does it have 8.33 khz step and would I be able to listen to freq with 3 digits example 119.345 Mhz? Thanks in advance.

Here is the ad from Swiss ebay

or this one

I guess this is th model, Win 108 Airband receiver.

And another thing, how important is the 8.33khz step in receivers (scanners) for the skies above Europe (Since above FL190 in Europe there is spacing at 8.33 khz) What does really mean, with an old scanner that doesn't have this spacing I won't be able to listen this freq or what? I would like to listen to 119.375 Mhz, I beleive 8.33 makes no difference here and at 120.1 Mhz? Since the ending is in .25?
