Question for the pilots

I was tracking a Flight from Atlanta to Tampa. My question is once a commerical jetliner leaves the state of Georgia Who controlls the flight when it enters into Florida.? Tallahasse? Tampa Center? JacksonVille

Atlanta Departure -> Atlanta Center -> Jacksonville Center -> Tampa Approach

And the sectors don't correspond to state boundaries necessarily

Not to mention it will certainly depend on altitude.

From the above link with img tags.  By the way, Cleavland Center is ZOB, not ZCB as indicated on this map...
