I've noticed HF-Pacific  and NAT-D are  both the same.  This was not true yesterday.   A lot of possible answers, ARINC changing to 8891?, receiver tuned wrong in Seattle... crossed wires at Liveatc HQ...??

NAT-D may have changed, will have to check.  Frequencies (esp HF) are subject to change.  I will try to get the scoop.
