kennedy clearance busy

Been listening to kennedy clearance for about an hour and theres been alot of re routes assigned.  Anyone know if its for weather or anyhting else?

i think it was the weather...
but if you notice anything, go here http://www.fly.faa.gov/flyfaa/usmap.jsp and select jfk. it'll show up the status of the airport, including some reasons for any delays.
