I know arriving from the northeast on the Kennebunk and Plymouth arrivals it's Boston Center on 135.800, and from the south inbound on the CAMRN arrival it's New York Center on 118.975. I can't confirm what they are currently using inbound from the west and northwest on the LENDY and Kingston arrivals, I think on the LENDY it used to be New York Center on 128.500, then to approach on 133.35, but that might be out of date ? There's also the turboprop arrival route on the Pawling STAR, but I'm not sure what they use on that one. If anyone can provide a more detailed answer I'd be interested as well.
FYI you can pull up all the approach and arrival charts off the FAA website:

AFaIK, from the northeast on the ENE4 or PLYMM4, you'd get ZBW on 128.05, 134.95, 127.82, 134.525, and then NY Approach on 125.7 (ROBER sector). Maybe your first data you posted is more recent than mine, though.
124.7 (CAMRN sector) handles aircraft a bit closer than ROBER sector. You will hear 125.7 handoff to 124.7 all the time. On the LENDY 5 into JFK, you would stay with ZNY on 124.825-->133.15-->NY Approach on 124.7. I think that data regarding the NY Approach frequency on 133.35 is outdated information DJ. Next time I go to N90 I will ask.
For the PWL 2 into JFK, the freqs aircraft on that arrival would get would be ZBW on 127.65-->128.1-->134.0 and then a handoff to NY Approach on 133.1. That sector is called the SEALL sector and covers the airspace up to 7,000 and around the southern/western Connecticut shoreline and a bit inland.
