EWR feed with 2 channels on purpose?
« on: September 01, 2007, 04:59:34 PM »
When I download an archival feed for EWR, it's always been twice the size of the normal sized feed, and is in stereo, with one frequency on each channel. Is this done on purpose? I have tried separating them without much success, and find that since they overlap, it's difficult to listen to the feed because of this.

Using Left/Right channel separation didn't work?

That would be my first choice, but none of the audio players I use (Windows Media Player and WavePad) appear to have that feature. I'll find one that does (if you could recommend one, that would be great).

IIRC Winamp has a balance slider (xmms, the Linux version does have one.) I don't have a Windows box to check though...  :-D
