Emergency into KBUF

A Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-200 flight #ASQ696 made an emergency landing this morning at Buffalo with a gear problem. Landed okay.  Flight aware showed it circled CYOW a few times before heading to KBUF.

I tried to listen to the CYOW archive but couldn't find it in the list. Is it not there for a reason or am i blind?

I think Dave said there was a reason (personal, I believe) that the CYOW feed wasn't archived.
