Does admin get the mail from users

I have tried to mail the admin on a deal for www.aviation-planet.org  and i have no reply im realy wanting to get permission to use the feeds links and free advertisement i don't now why he has not replied maybe a internal problem but i have emailed him 15 times.

I've received all your emails - due to other commitments, it takes several days to respond.  The more you email, the less likely it is that you'll get a response.  It's annoying and rude.  I realize the situation with taking a few days (sometimes longer) to respond isn't ideal, but nobody is going to die here if they don't get a response the same day - this is a hobby.

Oh sorry i was thinking because every time i email the admin it does not work on other forums & im sorry ill just wait.
