DCA/IAD Feeds

Hey everyone,

First time poster! I enjoy listening to the feeds out of ZDC but have noticed recently the TWR/APP have been combined for both DCA/IAD making it all but impossible to understand because of all the cutting in and out. Any chance of them being separated back to TWR and APP on different feeds?

Not quite that simple.  We lost our other feed location for DCA (volunteer moved) and we are still in the process of working out expansion at IAD.  It's quite a bit of work (and expense) to make this all happen.

Hello All,

I also miss the lost tower feed from DCA. Is there anything we can do to help find a new provider for this coverage? I have noticed a large Boeing sign on an office building close to DCA. Would they assist?

Even if someone there was interested, the levels of IT approval that would be required would kill it.  Been there, done that. 

I have connections in D.C. - it is on the list - and as soon as we can get the system together it will get done.  We do have a location near IAD where we will be expanding coverage greatly.
