Connection timeout on archive files?

Hi, I've been getting a connection timeout on archive files recently. Just wondering if it's a problem at my end, or something on the server? Cheers, Bryn.

Include information like your IP address and what file(s) you were trying to access.

I was getting the same all day on Aug 20.  Desktop, web browser.  Select Archive Access, date, and time.  Got normal player and e.g. filename.mp3 (31:55).  Play button had no effect.  Time remained 0:00.  Right-click-save-as timed out.

Everything is normal this morning.
