Unfortunately there's more than one thing to reference.
For an "official" glossary of most aviation terms used in the U.S., try the Pilot/Controller Glossary:
http://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/atpubs/PCG/pcg.pdfAs for NAVAIDs and intersections, try the Location Identifiers manual:
http://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Order/LID.pdf (FYI this is a large PDF file... you should see it in print
)
And for contractions, try the Contractions Manual:
http://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Order/CNT.pdfFor 'keely', this is an intersection. You can use the Location Identifiers to look up it's lat/lon coordinates and see roughly where it's located at. Something to remember is that all intersections are 5 characters in length and many of them are named after people, places, objects and states of mind (i.e. DRUNK intersection). You'll find that a lot of them are also close to actual words or names that are larger than 5 characters. (i.e, NAMTH intersection, named after Joe Namath, and the intersection name is pronounced the same way as Joe's last name).
Hope this helps!
