https://www.wesh.com/article/plane-crash-apopka/60733347#

(normal departure from KORL, and went south from there, great to hear other planes on the search, and very glad to hear he was found, and ok)

APOPKA, Fla. —
A small plane crashed on the side of the road in Apopka Wednesday morning.

It happened near the intersection of Shelby Industrial Drive and General Electric Road, just south of Orange Blossom Trail.
The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane, a single engine Piper PA-32, made an emergency landing after the pilot reported engine failure. Two passengers were onboard and no injuries were reported.

Footage from Chopper 2 showed part of the plane's wing was damaged.

The FAA and National Transportation Safety Board will investigate the crash.
