MIAMI
« on: March 27, 2010, 16:43:26 UTC »
alright if you haven't heard or seen the Miami approach / departure feed is on. I'm fine tuning the audio and most of the freqs are busy. I locked it on 119.7 for the moment. As the day progresses the reception on some of the other freqs gets too weak, later in the day I'll put it back on scan and if you hear a buzzzzzz, it's the radio. I've had antenna mast issues recently. At one point I was up about 55' and I had to bring it down to do a repair, then on the way backup I broke off about 20'....so now were up at about 35'. When it was higher reception was GREAT. I'm working on constructing a Tilt-down mast, this will take a few week to complete and we will get back to the great part. :-D
