We have gotten back to you several times. There is some kind of hardware issue at the FLL receiver site. There is no ETR for when this will be fixed.
Please keep in mind that no feeds on our public system are guaranteed to be up 24/7 or forever. Also keep in mind that you are not paying a subscription fee for having any particular feed up all the time.
As I suggested to you, if you really need to be able to listen at the airport when you are planespotting, you will be well served by purchasing an inexpensive scanner radio. They can be purchased for under $100.
