Dave, perhaps just a point of personal preference, but IMHO the JFK tower feed is less listenable with one of the freqs, in this case 119.1, set to priority. This continually interrupts transmissions on 123.9 and the class B transit freq.
Some may like this, but I get a more complete picture of what's happening if no frequency cuts another in mid-transmission but whichever freq is active remains so until that one goes silent.
Any way a scanner is set is a compromise. Some things are missed if one channel isn't prioritized, but once an exchange begins you can hear the full exchange.
For me that's a better listening experience... be interesting to know if others agree or disagree.
