Headed home yesterday with the LiveATC App on PBI, we had just had a nasty line of storms come thru,
and a wind change, so a runway change was made, and the first flight out, Delta 1149 to Detroit didn't
have an issue with the weather, but a "possible" bird strike.
(they had no issues and landed in Detroit as scheduled)
How many birds are in a "possible?"
Hearing Pilots and ATC work together is one thing, but even more important can be ATC and Airport Ground/Ops.
