JZA556 Loss of Cabin Pressure Descending into KJFK

On October 30, Jazz 556 was enroute to KJFK from Toronto, Canada and was at about FL200 when the aircraft lost cabin pressurization.  The crew immediately asked to descend to 10,000 and continued on to KJFK landing safely a short time later on runway 31R.  No emergency was declared.
