Ameriflight 116 - Double Go-Around @ KBUR during early morning storm

Heard a plane just before 2a on the burbank departure (couldnt see anything as it was raining and low overcast) and thought it was a weird time for a departure.  Checked flight radar and saw this plane going around.  Started tracking it only to notice he went missed a second time.
