At 7:05 of the youtube vid sounds like an auto pilot dis (or the beginning of one).
Here is a better example...this one is a B757 of Icelandair landing at ESSA. At the 7:24 mark, you will see the autopilot disconnect, the three AP ENGAGE lights will go out, and the same sound is heard...Below is a pic of a B757 panel...

Check out this vid. At the 6:06 mark, you will hear a series of beeps...that is the autopilot disconnect on the Boeing 767. Enjoy!
