here's a few that come to mind:
Thanks.
ZNY 132.2 becomes a high/low sector at night, I'm just not quite sure yet what sectors are merged together. Still working on figuring that out.
There is a ZNY 132.20 feed here on LiveATC with both good controller and aircraft reception, from listening to the archives during the overnight hours (between 05Z and 11Z), the controller was working high sectors 8/9/10 and low sectors 25/26/27 with all aircraft on 132.20.
8 = 124.77
9 = 134.32
10 = 133.47
25 = 135.45
26 = 133.17
27 = 132.20
The above sector numbers are based on ZNY NOTAM 08-01 "Radio Communications Frequencies" from July 15, 2008, the latest one I could find.
On the subject of ZNY, can anyone confirm if Sector 8, 124.77, is ever used ? It's listed as the BRNAN sector, FL330 and above, overtop sectors 9 and 10. I have not heard it in use for a few years now ?
From that NOTAM sector 26 is listed as 120.02 but from what I've heard they seem to use 133.17, is 120.02 still used, maybe as a backup ?
