I'm think I'm going to join a chapter here in the Dallas area.

I am excited to start working on the requirements to be able to start building stick time . Plus the aircraft rental  is incredibly cheap.

I have never really heard much about it until a few months ago, so I wanted to see if anyone here had thoughts, opinions, stories, etc. about it.

I was a cadet member for about 4 and a half years.  It's a great program for kids and adults alike.  You learn lots of cool stuff and get to do things very few get to do,  Best yet is that there is no pressure to join the military.
