Take fix LORZO in NC for example. I see REP-PT is affixed alongside "Fix Use".  What does specifically, REP-PT, entail? Is it designating the type aviation classes that use this fix? E.g. MIL for Military?

If anyone were unfamiliar with what a reporting point is ...

https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/publications/atpubs/aim/aim0503.html

They are the triangles with fix names charted on IFR charts.  In the olden days you would report passing the fix and the controller would manually update your position using a physical token like on a board game.  Now that most places over land have radar, this is only done when the radar fails or when on an oceanic route.
