Got this from my Linkedin feed from Capt. Sullenberger.
-Many airlines have struggled to meet the surge in air travel demand.
While solutions are certainly needed, the solution is NOT to reduce pilot training and experience levels.-

Would love to hear the thoughts out there after reading it.
