Title: LOAs on FAA web site?

Are facility letters of agreement (or SOPs) on the FAA web site?
I'm looking for Cleveland TRACON.

A friend is a retired controller at Anchorage Center. He directed me to that facility's LOA, but it was about four years ago.

LOAs are easy to request. Go to the FAA FOIA site and request them. Takes about 1-3 months to process, so put in for as many as you think you might want.
