Title: ICAO level 4
Post by: TripleSevenKid on May 30, 2012, 02:04:08 PM
Hi everyone,

I'm a pilot trainee and as everyone will notice from my english, english isn't my mother tongue
I've been preparing for the ICAO level 4 test for about two weeks now. I've already studied a book called Airspeak and i'd love to exercice myself over some test samples. Does anyone know a reference or a website where I can find actual level 4 test samples? This could be unbelievably helpful to me.

Thanks!

Do you believe in proper R/T phraseology?

I do. And that's what i've been practicing for the last 2 weeks. I just wanted to test my new found skills  over some real level 4 testing material.
Thank you for your answer

If you have access to a desktop simulator, you could try flying on one of the online ATC networks, such as PilotEdge (http://www.pilotedge.net), VATSIM (http://www.vatism.net), or IVAO (http://www.ivao.aero).

The former is payware, but has guaranteed ATC coverage during the published operating hours/area. The 2nd two are free, but are volunteer-based.
