I'm an ATCO and want to start a business helping people in the industry with their fitness. I personally really struggled to stay consistent with training, especially when I started shift work after my training and would love to pass on some of the things that worked for me.
If anyone wouldn't mind helping me out would you be able to answer these questions:
1) Do you struggle to stay in shape as an ATCO or Pilot?
2) If so, what stops you from keeping on top your fitness?
3) Is there anything that really worries you leading up to your medical checks?
4) What would your ideal physique be?
5) Why is it personally important for you to get in shape - was there anything that happened that made you want to change this area of your life?
