CYYZ apron "lanes"

When listening to CYYZ APRON, a  "lane" command will often (always ?) be given for an aircraft to use to get to their gate.

I'm familiar with the CFS, and CAP, but is there is another publication that lists the "lanes" ?

I *had* a PPL ~20 yrs ago, and have some ~20 yr old  CAP's, but they didn't ?? seem to have any "lane" information in them.
