Title: Direct PSP BISAC BIH

Is there a way to be cleared to O43 via PSP BISAC BIH O43 ? I understand that Edwards airspace has restrictions. Is it possible ?

It seems like you will just have to find a time when all of the restricted airspace and MOAs are cold along the route.
