I'm working on a novel involving an air incident. My familiarity with aviation is entirely from 21 seasons of Air Disasters. I've spoken to a few pilots before but only casually. Now that the novel I'm writing is beginning to come together, I need more precision and would like to make the narrative believable for any aviation experts. At least believable from a fiction standpoint.
If any seasoned pilots or air traffic controllers are willing to be interviewed, I would be really grateful. I think it would be a fun interview honestly. I am preparing a list of questions. Ideally I need a lot of input from air traffic controllers, since dialogue between the fictional pilot and air traffic controllers in my novel will be driving quite a bit of the story.
