It's not that exciting. Trust me. You get more variety listening to a center or high volume civilian airport.

Barnes (KBAF) is a joint-use ANG field.  They launch and recover a couple of F-15's every day, and have a great blend of civilian traffic.  They also have an on-field restaurant, and some of the cheapest gas in the NE area. It's a natural choice for most local pilots!

I stream Mac Dill AFB cent command on my KTPA App/Dep.  Its the feed at bottom of KTPA the one that says KTPA Tower, it just hasn't been updated yet.

The airspace around KSAT has a lot of military traffic. Occasionally you'll get some F-16s do some low approaches into the airport but usually their comms aren't scanned.

Northeast of the airport is Randolph AFB, T-6A Texan II, T-38C Talon, T-1A Jayhawk and the T-43A all fly out of there.
To the Southwest is Lackland AFB they usually get a lot of C-5 and KC-135 traffic, and if you're lucky you MAY catch a Boeing 787 flying in from Seattle.

The KOMA feed in Omaha also covers Approach and Tower for Offutt AFB (KOFF).
