ARCHIVE TIMESTAMP PROCESS
« on: February 09, 2020, 12:40:54 PM »
In order to accurately timestamp a specific archive file, do we simply assume that "KBUR3-Gnd-Twr-App-Aug-15-2019-1730Z" accurately starts at 17:30 UTC and ends at 18:00 UTC?   If perfectly accurate, we can timestamp every event on recording in-between.

The archives may start up to a minute to 90 seconds before the timestamp on the file, and may complete the same way. That way there is overlap between the different files in the archives to pick up anything that may be there that you're trying to listen to and can pick up where you left off.
