This will be fixed soon.  The receiver is a little fragile and is in a remote location.

zsss seems to be the only feed availible in China..is it illegal to send feeds in China or is it just a lack of provider(s)?

There will be more feeds coming.  The lack of sound is due to the radio being used...it's not a scanner and sometimes gets switched off.
