I think this might be the guy that everyone's talking about. Already heard a couple hasta-la-vista's and when replying to a pilot who wished to verify he had landing clearance, "<Callsign>, consider yourself... verified!!"

Edit: Jet Bluuuuuue!!! :) This has to be the guy!!
