Title: ZNY Yardley Sector on 128.675

ZNY Yardley Sector normally on 134.6 is temporarily on 128.675.  Aircraft were saying that a loud tone could be heard on 134.6 so the switch to 128.675 is presumably so that this could be checked out.  Both pilot and controller can be heard on my JFK Area #3 feed

Well, it didn't last long, ZNY Yardley is back on its normal frequency 134.6.  I guess the issue was taken care of...
