Title: ZNY short archive recordings

All the recordings I checked for ZNY IPT 49, 74, and 75 are about 2.5 minutes or less.  IPT 72 are mostly 30 minutes, but a few short ones.

Unfortunately our site at KIPT needs to be overhauled. Lots of equipment and network issues there. Hopefully in 1-2 months.
