ZNY Activated Both Spare Freqs out of Douglaston RCAG

ZNY has activated both of the spare freqs from the Douglaston RCAG, 121.125 and 128.675. Right now aircraft are still on 133.5 and 118.975 respectively but they are simulcasting on the spare freqs...
