KDLH ZMP Sector 25/DLH ANG constantly disconnects, I do not have this problem with any other feeds in the area.

That feed is on a wireless ISP and can have issues with streaming from time to time.  Use an MP3 player that auto-reconnects.

Do you know how I would set this for VLC or iTunes on a Mac?

If you install VMC or iTunes as your default MP3 stream handler then it should just work.

On the feed page just click the second LISTEN button - that will pass the URL to your MP3 player or ask you to select an app.
