Found this frequency the other day just scanning around. Multiple a/c are coming / going and making calls (as expected) to "JAX Center".
I do not show this frequency on any FAA/DOD Flip, publication or supplement as being assigned to ZJX.
ideas?

Its Super High sector overhead 125.175 located North of Tampa . Usually opens up when traffic flow is heavy .
Handoffs North are to 135.625/128.625 and 132.825/133.87(JAX)
Handoffs South are to 128.225 &126.525(MIAMI)
Handoff West over the Gulf are to 133.9(MIAMI)

Yes, another example of a frequency not published by the FAA. It is listed on the official sector charts issued by the Center. It shows 128.425 as Sector 86 (Zephyr Ultra High), extending from FL350 and above. Sector 86 covers basically the same area as 125.175, Sector 16 (Mayo High) which extends from FL270 to FL340. As MIAMIATC mentions they only turn on 128.425 when it's required due traffic volume, otherwise they will use 125.175 to cover both sectors. The RCAG for 128.425 is in Gainsville.
Speaking of ZJX, they were using their spare frequency 134.400 the other day in place of 128.625, Sector 85 (adjacent north to Sector 86). Anyone else hear 134.400 in use recently ?

oh and you can add
128.05 being used for Lowell Low
as another "forgotten" freq from ZJX. Not in any of the flips/DOD IFR pubs for ZJX... but damn sure being used.

I used to live in the Tampa area and for the last 13 years 128.05 has been a staple of in/outbounds into TPA.
Quite a few of FAA/NACO publications are missing frequencies and/or are not up to date .
