"Just for your information, I have confirmation from a Boston ARTCC supervisor, 118.425 is a Super High Altitude Freq (currently being used as backup for 127.825) they have been having issues for the past few months (he did not know what the issues were) with 127.825, and it is rarely used now. 118.425 is now being used primarily for sector BOS 46."
