It's a high altitude sector up to FL330 located southwest of Pittsburgh. Bordering Washington Center to the southeast and Indianapolis Center to the southwest and west. I think the floor is at FL240, but it might be higher (FL260 ?). You'll hear a lot of traffic inbound to the Washington DC area (IAD,DCA,BWI) pass through this sector. DJ

Overhead the Morgantown area then extending out towards the northwest forming a corridor about 40 to 50 miles wide. The flights you can hear inbound to the Washington area are routed directly overhead Morgantown, and will get handed off to Washington Center overhead the Morgantown VOR (MGW) area. DJ

Romney is under Washington Center Airspace, just south of the border with Cleveland Center. Arrivals into IAD and DCA should fly right overhead and would be on Washington 133.650, which is up to FL240, above that up to FL330 you have Washington on 133.275 and above that, FL340 and above, you have Washington 118.025.
