I came across with this discussion in airliners.net .. Did a brief scan and haven't seen it being discussed here yet.. so, I am posting it here.

"The Toronto controller doesn't know his mic is stuck. Apparently he is now on suspension pending an investigation. Fines could be as high as $5000. It's pretty funny, but not for him.
Fast forward to :29mins on the first one. And listen for him calling a Jazz flight.

I don't know where the discussed "$5000 penalty" is sourced from though

Hey, great find!
If you don't mind I took the liberty of editing the archives using Audacity and I created one clip with the relevant communications. I am going to post that MP3 file in LiveATC's Audio Clips forum for you. Look for it there shortly.
For some reason your links to the archives didn't work for me and the archives do eventually roll off the servers. Now we have it captured for life. :)
Edit: Here's the link to the post in the Audio Clip forum: http://www.liveatc.net/forums/index.php/topic,2645.0.html

Peter..
Thanks (again always!) to edit the found clip and post it in the archive forum. I am usually at work and don't have the right tool to edit the file.
