Title: YSSY Sydney Kingsford Smith Departures frequencies down - confirmed with scanner

The YSSY Approach/Departures aggregated feed only has approach working https://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=yssy.
I've confirmed by checking against my scanner. I can pick up 123.0 and 129.7 on my scanner but the live feed doesn't pick up any of the departure frequencies

Hello,

According to most recent charts from YSSY, there are two departure frequencies - 123.000 and 129.700. Both are listed in a couple feeds so I assume those frequencies are not working or they are being stepped on by other frequencies.

The departures frequencies are definitely down. I've just tuned in during a quiet time and all that is coming through is approach so there is no conflict.. How do we notify someone to look into this?

100% confirmed, I got up on the roof with a big whip antenna and my scanner and there's heaps of chatter on 123.0 and 129.7 that isn't in the feed
