The 32nd FAI World Gliding Championship is currently underway in Uvalde, Texas. 99 pilots from 24 countries are competing for the title of World Champion in three glider classes.

After a rest day on August 12, the competition will resume for six more days, and the LiveATC feed will be on the air: http://www.liveatc.net/search/?icao=kuva
Expect to hear launches and gate openings 1730 - 1900 UTC, US Team transmissions 1900 - 2300 UTC, and finishes and landings 2300 - 0100 UTC.

The feed is temporary - it will go off the air on August 19.

After a day of technical difficulties (solved by the master himself), we expect to be back on the air at 0930 CDT tomorrow (Aug 14). Launches typically start around 1230 CDT.
