Jet Blue Brakes Locked On Landing

Wow. I'm glad everyone got out ok after this one. Too bad I didn't know about this sooner otherwise I would of gone out there with my camera.

I was there when it happened, but didn't have my camera on me. The Post Office there is actually the closest one to my work, so I just happen to see it. Rather unreal. Closed 16R/34L and Taxiway A8 for a better part of a day and a half. News10's slideshow of the tires don't do it justice, but it was exciting to say the least (and not in a good way). Everyone walked away, so that's good news.

You guys catch the JBU A320 couple days ago holding short of 31L at JFK with the same problem? Had to be towed back to the ramp. Hmmm.
