why is JFK so staticy?

Well, if Staticy is a word. I was wondering why there is so much static on the JFK feed? anyone know if it would be possible to change the level of static?

Well... for me JFK got much better after the last antenna change a few weeks ago... It is nearly clear now.. Boston is still a little bit clearer however JFK is just fine for me..
