where can I get current YYZ airport diagram?

NavCan publishes current airport diagrams here:
http://www.navcanada.ca/ContentDefinitionFiles/Publications/AeronauticalInfoProducts/CanadianAirportCharts/CanadianAirportCharts_current.pdf

It's always the current one, so just bookmark that. Or just go to http://flightplanning.navcanada.ca and click Airport Diagrams in the lower left.
