Title: Whats up with KBCT feed?

I have tried it on many different computers for alittle over a year now, ever one of them i have to turn my speakers (not the computer ones on the laptop, my stereo system) WAAAY up just to hear a wisper from this feed. Every other feed works perfectly for me. whats up with it?? any body know if there is any plans to fix it??
