Out of line postings and wild conjecture
« on: January 01, 2010, 08:51:37 PM »
I deleted a posting in the Live Audio Clips which contained a recording along with wild conjecture about an air traffic controller's performance and decisions.  I reviewed the actual facts related to this particular posting (I have access to them, fortunately) and decided to remove the entire topic.  The controller did nothing wrong, and I refuse to have an air traffic controller maligned without cause on the forums.

Just a friendly reminder - please do not post things that are not factual.  And if you are not sure, then you surely don't know and should refrain from creating such drama.  If you were in the air traffic controller's shoes you certainly wouldn't appreciate it.

Thanks and Happy New Year,
Dave

Bravo dave but at the same time what the heck does that say for some of us?  Especially controllers and military turned civil guys like me?
